Do I need to pay anything to just walk through the Exhibition?

Entry to the exhibition is FREE for trade visitors. Pre-register for your online pass here to avoid the queues.

Who qualifies as a ‘trade’ visitor?

AusRAIL is the premier rail event in Australia with leading rail industry suppliers showcasing their products & services. Entry is limited to ‘trade’ visitors, which means that you must work in one of the following sectors: Passenger Rail Operator, Rail Supplier, Track Owner, Freight Rail Operator, Rail Construction, Rail Project Services or a related industry feeding into the rail sector. You may be asked to show your business card and ID prior to entry being approved.

Can I register on the day?

Yes – please head over to the Visitor Registration Desk located outside Hall 4. However, we recommend you avoid the queues by pre-registering online.

What does my Free Visitor Pass give me access to?

Your Visitor Pass gives you entry to the Exhibition halls only. This includes access to the Innovation Hub Seminar Series.

Alternatively, if you want extended networking opportunities with the delegate and exhibitors, we recommend you consider purchasing a Delegate Pass which allows you full access to the Conference (1, 2 or 3 day registration), Welcome Reception (Monday afternoon), Exhibition Networking Drinks (Tuesday evening) and access to the delegate catering areas on the day/s you book as a delegate. The Gala Dinner and the Yellow Tie Dinners are separately bookable – note the Gala Dinner is now sold out. You can register for a Delegate Pass or book for the Yellow Tie Dinner here.

How do I purchase tickets for the Yellow Tie Dinner?

Tickets for the Yellow Tie are separately bookable and be purchased either as individual seats or as tables of 10.

When: Wednesday 4th December 7.00pm – 11.00pm, Pre-dinner drinks served from 6.30pm
Where: ICC Sydney
Dress: Business Attire

Are children and/or prams allowed into the exhibition?

AusRAIL 2019 is a business event with heavy equipment and moving machinery. As such, children and prams are not permitted inside the exhibition. We encourage you to leave the ‘little ones’ at home so you can enjoy the networking and business opportunities on offer to their full potential.
